Mr. Kamara is a young, proactive, committed and promising Foreign Service Officer in the Republic of Sierra Leone Civil Service. He has a mixture of both private and public work experiences. Mr. Kamara started his career as a banker and later worked for both Plan International Sierra Leone and Statistic Sierra Leone respectively. He served in the Protocol Division of the Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ministry in Freetown, where his contribution as a team player earned him his posting to the Mission.
Mr. Kamara holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree is from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and has done a number of Diplomatic Training courses relating to International Studies. He is the Mission’s focal person on both Statutory and Extra-ordinary Meetings of the African Union Commission, as well as Liaison Officer to the Economic Commission for Africa.
